We’re so excited to start our next chapter in Coulee Ridge. From the trail network to Junegrass Pond, the community offers unique features that make raising our family in our new home so much fun!

It’s easy to see Coulee Ridge has been specifically designed to be a quiet family neighborhood. Traffic will be limited to our neighbours and I will feel comfortable letting my kids ride their bikes on the street or walk down to the amenities to visit with their friends. We didn't think we'd find that peacefulness inside the city limits until we saw Coulee Ridge.

We fell in love with the view and area of Coulee Ridge before our house was built. We truly have it all out here: prairie, coulee hills, golf course views, blue skies, sunrise, sunset and a bonus view of the teepee. We really look forward to the planned pond and landscaped trails. It is a quiet development so far with some very beautiful homes and we just love our new house as well. Coulee Ridge is magical. Take a drive and check it out!

When we first saw the initial drawings and vision for Coulee Ridge we were very excited about this development and started considering building another new home. What really drew us was the pond in the development and the prospect of waking up every morning and being able look out over the water. We have been living in our new home since October of 2021 and are enjoying the area. Everything being developed is to the highest standards. We can’t wait for the path and the landscaping to be completed this year.
