DAAS Developers has been bringing families’ dreams to life with their custom homes in the greater Medicine Hat area for over forty years. Named after the four family members (Dave, Aliesha, Amanda and Sheila) DAAS, has come under many names over their time building in Medicine Hat, but has maintained the same quality of work and reputation within the community.

Now, Dave Reinheller and his daughter Aliesha Kurpjuweit run DAAS and have built hundreds of homes in Medicine Hat. With Aliesha’s sharp eye and Dave’s experience, DAAS has become known for their design and unique sourcing of materials. In 2022, DAAS partnered with Coulee Ridge to create The Avenue, a unique offering of bespoke homes available for purchase along 10th Ave in Coulee Ridge.
