Each year we work with local charities to raise funds and awareness for their cause with the Community Builder program and we’re proud to announce the Medicine Hat Women's Shelter as our first Community Builder for 2023! We’re committed to building a strong community in Medicine Hat, through the construction of Coulee Ridge and by supporting important resources in the community.
As our first Community Builder, we’ll be matching donations to the women’s shelter from April through June, up to $2,000. Over the next couple months we’ll be sharing a few different ways you can support the Medicine Hat Women’s shelter and highlighting all the great work they do in our community.
We’re kicking off donations by hosting a spring charcuterie raffle in partnership with the Medicine Hat Women’s Shelter.

All proceeds raised will go to support the shelter’s Summer Adventure Fun Educational (SAFE) Program, to ensure that children who have experienced family violence have the chance to build happy summer memories.
The Medicine Hat Women's Shelter has been providing a safe haven for women and children who are experiencing domestic violence and abuse since 1980. They offer a range of services, including crisis intervention, counseling, and outreach programs. The shelter also provides education and training to promote healthy relationships and prevent domestic violence.
