We are thrilled to announce that Coulee Ridge has been named the 2023 Developer of the Year by the Medicine Hat Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) for the third year in a row! This is a people’s choice award that recognizes the best of the best in the real estate development in Medicine Hat, and we’re so honoured that the community recognizes our commitment to building a one-of-a-kind neighbourhood in the city.

At Coulee Ridge, we are dedicated to creating a community that is both beautiful and functional. We believe that every development we create should be a reflection of the unique needs and values of the people who will call it home. We’re especially excited for the full vision of Coulee Ridge to come together in 2023 as we work on our landscaping and community amenities.
