End of Introductory Pricing Coming Soon
Coulee Ridge Development Inc. announces an end to introductory pricing for Phase One Lots effective midnight on October 31, 2019. The reasons for the increase are centered around the strategy to add incremental value into Coulee Ridge amenities, even more than originally planned. This is reflected in higher prices as we evolve our vision, invest in exceptional quality and refine the cost of these amenities. We also want to reward the purchasers who have purchased to date with improving equity in their properties and homes. Finally, the price adjustment recognizes the carrying costs of the development year-over-year. In our analysis of prices, we have conducted an individual review of each lot and custom priced them based upon an exhaustive list of attributes relevant to that lot.
The purpose of this announcement is to give new buyers sufficient time to react to end of introductory pricing in favour of making a purchase decision prior to the expiry on October 31, 2019. Please see a pricing table below comparing the current pricing of each unsold Phase 1 lot to the price which becomes effective on November 1, 2019. Please note that lot pricing does not include GST, if applicable.
